Eric Cousineau, a founding partner of CAREpath, provides guidance in business development and oversees the firm's expansion and financial needs.
Mr. Cousineau brings over thirty years of business consulting, specializing in strategy and implementation. In recent years, as Managing Director of OCG Strategy and Organizational Consulting, he has worked with a broad spectrum of both public and private sector organizations and industries. His projects have included operational audits, financial analysis of operating results, re-organizations, feasibility studies, business and strategic plans, competitive/industry analyses, activity-based management programs, development and implementation of base compensation programs as well as alternative reward strategies, skill-based plans, short and long term incentive programs, executive compensation and benefits.
Mr. Cousineau is a doctoral candidate in compensation at Cornell University. He has a BA and MBA from Queen's University, is a Fellow Certified Management Accountant (FCMA) and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). He is a Moderator/Facilitator for the Society of Management Accountant's Professional Program and teaches the graduate seminar in compensation theory at the University of Toronto. He also teaches a course in Strategic Performance Measurement for the School of Continuing Studies at the University of Toronto.
