President and CEO

Phil’s business career spans four decades. It includes experience in increasingly senior management positions in the consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical, advertising and beverage industries.

Phil’s background discipline is marketing, but the latter half of his corporate career was spent in general management roles with Labatt Breweries, overseeing all aspects of operations, including product development, marketing and distribution. Phil was a member of the Executive Management Committee of the Labatt Brewing Company. He was also chairman of several industry associations at various times.

In recent years, Phil has been active as a president, consultant, director, advisor and/or investor in a number of early stage companies that range from medical to resources and professional services
