"I am sending this email to let you know what a wonderful experience I have had dealing with Julia Smith...this has been the hardest time of my life but with her compassion and understanding I have been able to look at my illness in a more positive way.

She has taken the time to answer all my questions in a manner that I understand what she is saying. When she talks to me, she makes me feel like I am her friend and not just another patient... this to me means so much. I am always looking forward to hearing her voice again. I have told all my family, co-workers and anyone who I have had to deal with due to my illness about this service and this wonderful lady. I hope that anyone who is unfortunate to get sick has a Julia to help them. I only wish this world had more people like her.
